2.1.3. Currency conversion statement
We No Name No Logo Just Impact are obliged to present the following (or similar) currency conversion statement: ‘All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight  difference from the original price stated in our web site’’.

2.1.4. Delivery of goods and potential limitations
We No Name No Logo Just Impact are obliged to present at the e-commerce point of sale a clear and detailed description of the delivery procedure and any potential limitations, with particular emphasis on the delivery timeframe for purchased goods and the account charging process. We No Name No Logo Just Impact, are obliged to present at the e-commerce point of sale a statement regarding the protection, collection, and use of users' personal data. The Merchant is obliged to provide customers with the option to opt out of participating in marketing campaigns and to refuse the use of their personal data by third parties or companies. 2.1.7. Protection of Confidential Transaction Data
We No Name No Logo Just Impact, are obliged to present at the e-commerce point of sale a description of the method for protecting confidential transaction data. The point of sale may use the following statement:
“When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most advanced cryptographic technologies currently available. The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, with the entire payment process being conducted on the website of the bank. At no point are payment card details accessible to our system.”

2.1.8. Refunds

In the event of order cancellation, the refunded amount may be returned to the user's payment card account. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

Your order is not accepted until No Name No Logo Just Impact confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
